Tracy, Kim & Kristal, The Gold card means amoung other things I get a free coffee on my birthday, 10% off purchases, no ‘up charge’ for syrups, etc. and Tracy I staged the Seattle mug since I achieved the status due to several road trips to Seattle visiting my son!

What does that mean? My parents buy the travel mugs every year for "free" coffee. Is that this?
