CarBomb cupcakes I made for the engagement party...
The recipe link above gives the full reason for the name, but in short they are fashioned after a pub drink of Guiness, Jamieson Whiskey and Bailey's Irish Cream!!!! They were so moist and yummy!!

those sound good! I love Guinness! I've only had one car bomb, ever, and must have gotten it all down before it curdled, because I remember it tasting ok. LOL
