My husband said that when he was in California, people never quite knew how to drive in the rain cause it hardly ever rains there : ) Would you say that is true? Of course, he was in Costa Messa, I don't know how close that is to Elk Grove. : )

Yowsa! We had some crazy weather yesterday including tornado watches which had us in the basement! Ugh!
Wow! That seems to be lots of rain. We could sure use it here in Louisiana. It has been VERY dry!
