Aw, I feel so lucky to be included in this lovely blog of yours! :) I wish you could have gotten out this way when you were in MA. This photo was taken on a walk through one of the old Rockefeller mansions in Williamstown. The grounds are absolutely spectacular and it's always so nice to walk through and take everything in. The Berkshires is the name of my county, but you're right -- it does sound regal! I'd never thought of it like that. :) I think your next vacation out east should be to our little corner of the world. :)
