I have no idea! It looks like an alien sprinkler or new invention for fertilizing with whipping blades. Haha! Someone else deserves the Starbucks card!
My first thought was a sprinkler head...crazy looking whatever it is.

You know first I was going to say something bike related because it looked like a bike handle but the more I thought about it it seemed like a hunting thing. How cool.
And I must say, to see a bike rider go by with a bow attached would be interesting!
